Michael Castonguay, President & Founder
Michael Castonguay is the founder and President of Branica Solutions. Michael’s previous experience includes elevating and overseeing finance and operations having served as President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of previous organizations including local and national brands.
Michael is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York, earned a Master of Science in publishing from New York University, and an MBA from the University of Connecticut with a concentration in finance and marketing. Michael has been an adjunct professor for Multimedia Financial Analysis for New York University and served on their advisory board for the School of Professional Studies.
Michael also serves as a board advisor for Popcorns Challenge LTD, a 501c3 non-profit established to support Mike “Popcorn” Bourgeois who passed away from ALS in 2022. The charity continues to serve families who are dealing with a loved one with ALS.
Diane Castonguay, Advisor
Diane is an out going person who can get things done efficiently and accurately. Team work is very important and she strives to provide a work environment where people can grow personally and professionally. Networking and maintaining business relationships are very important to Diane and her effectiveness as a leader.

Diane is a Certified Accountant in the State of New York, earned a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resource Management from Stony Brook University, and has a certification as School District Business Leader. Diane currently serves as Deputy Superintendent for the East Williston Union Free School District. Diane's previously roles include Assistant Superintendent, Treasurer, Controller, Business Manager, and Senior Auditor.
